How to use
Undiluted for certain complaints/ailments; mixed with a base oil for skin applications/massage; with steam & dry inhalation; in hot or cold compresses; in shower gels & shampoos; in a diffuser.
For
Asthma, whooping cough, menstruation (too long, strong bleeding), menopausal complaints, rheumatism, varicose veins, hemorrhoids; oily skin, acne, excessive perspiration, tighten connective tissue, cellulitis; dandruff; lack of focus, sadness, and lack of self-confidence.
