When will my order be sent out?
We will pack and send out your order to our delivery side within 24 hours.
How long does it take for my order to reach me?
It may take 2-3 working days from your order date.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes. Please contact us at email@example.com to amend or cancel your order. However, please note cancellation (and hence refund of any payment already made) is only possible within the same calendar day on which the order was placed.
Do you ship to all locations in Singapore and are there delivery costs?
We do ship to all Singapore main island locations, provided that the location is accessible to a private person at all times and without requirement for any permit. There will be a flat delivery rate of $10 for orders below $100. For orders of $100 and above delivery is free.
Do you ship internationally?
It is not a standard option at the moment, but we will be happy to look into any request on a case by case basis. We will update it here should we decide to proceed with international shipping as a standard option.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
All sales are final, and no refund can be issued, or return accepted for any of our essential oils and skin/body/hair care products. However, please do let us know if you encounter a problem with any of our electric diffusers or other accessories, we will investigate promptly and discuss with you all options available to rectify any issue.
