How to use
Mixed with a base oil for skin applications/massage; with steam & dry inhalation; in hot or cold compresses; in shower gels & shampoos; in a diffuser.
For
Use in a massage oil for weak connective tissue, varicose veins (do not massage the veins directly), flatulence; powerful vaso-constrictor, provides effective cooling relieve from heat conditions (blend with peppermint); cleanser for oily skin with big pores.
When used in the diffuser, it helps to stimulate the left brain – concentration (lowers the rate of errors with computer work); insect repellent (moths).
When driving long distances, put a few drops of lemongrass (and peppermint) oil onto a tissue and inhale occasionally; in-between, stick the tissue into one of the air vents.
