How to use

Neat for certain applications; mixed with a base oil for skin applications/massage; with steam & dry inhalation; in hot or cold compresses; in shower gels & shampoos; in a diffuser.

For

Use in a massage oil for rheumatism, to stimulate circulation, insect repellent, sciatica, arthritis; during child-birth; all kinds of muscular aches; headache; inhale for colds, coughs, catarrh, sinusitis of the nose and influenza; motion sickness; insomnia.

Mix with alcohol to fight against moths (spray cupboards and wardrobes), athlete’s foot and ringworm (use as a rub, combine with Thyme and Tea Tree), mosquitoes, gnats, and other insects.

Apply pure lavender oil on burns/wounds, this soothes the pain, stimulates healing, and prevents the forming of scars. Mix with lukewarm water as a vaginal douche.

Use in the diffuser for insomnia, depression, over-wrought emotions, soothing (after a hard day’s work).
